OUR HISTORY

The story of DURAMAS began in 1953 in El Salvador, as a dream to provide affordable and quality footwear for the people of Central America. Since then, the company and its people have overcome various challenges to become a leader in footwear in the region, while creating thousands of jobs and improving the economic and social conditions for many families in the process.

Our skillful artisans have been trained in the expertise of old-world shoe constructions of true Hand-Sewn Moccasins and Goodyear Welt. Over the years we have partnered with numerous global brands and distinguished companies to establish ourselves as a trusted name in the industry.
